We have complete in-house production facility under one roof, from designing to assembly of your product. Apart from our expertise to manufacture membrane switches, we can assemble overlays and membrane switches to apply on panels, enclosures or PCB sub assemblies.

Our engineers are service force and experienced in fabricating full assemblies of any product for any industry. Our assembly department is equipped with connector application equipment for membrane switch ribbon tail connection, and a range of laminating equipment for the assembly of switch and graphic products.

Membrane switch need to withstand a wide range of environmental challenge because of their many applications. A variety of construction options are available, that allow engineers to design interface assemblies that meet a range of different environmental standards.

Assembly of membrane switch is carried by mounting electronic components like domes, LED’s and connectors on printed circuits, which can be flexible, semi-rigid or rigid and either single-sided, double-sided or multi-layered. Finally laying different layers in sequence, we get is fully operational keypad ready to be installed on any devices.
